We develop the methods necessary :
- to follow the dynamics of our systems (light scattering, fluorescence microscopy)
- to visualize individual nano-objects under native conditions (cryoelectron microscopy of thin vitrified films)
- to image with high resolution biological components in the context of the living cell (correlative light and electron microscopy, CEMOVIS (CryoElectron Microscopy of Vitrous sections).
