Jaysen Nelayah is awarded Favard Price 2009

Jaysen Nelayah, former PhD student of the LPS is awarded Favard Price 2009 for a thesis supervised by Odile Stephan and Mathieu Kociack. The title of his thesis was : « Propriétés optiques de nanoparticules métalliques aux échelles sous-longueur d’onde »

This price of the "Société Française de Microscopies" awards the best thesis in microscopy (electronic, confocal, STEM...)

 

 

Jaysen Nelayah is currently post-doc at the Max-Planck-Institut für Metallforschung in Stuttgart. He has obtained a "Maître de conference" position at Paris 7 University begining on september 2009.
