Quantum magnetism is at the core of the search for novel states of matter in condensed matter physics. In this 2 days workshop, we aim at gathering theorists and experimentalists working in the field, in order to share recent advances in the field and stimulate exchanges within the community.

Magnetic field-induced novel quantum phases

  • Bose-Einstein condensation of excitations
  • Magnetization plateaus, supersolids...

Dynamical properties and quantum fluctuating ground states

  • Low dimensional systems
  • Frustration, spin liquids

Novel phases in disordered quantum magnets

  • Impurity-induced phenomena
  • New glassy phases (Bose glass, superglass...)

New paradigms for quantum spin models

  • Dimer models
  • Quantum entanglement, fidelity...
