Quantum microwave radiation generated by a normal conductor - Bertrand Reulet

After briefly mentioning some of the various activities in the group (dynamical Coulomb blockade, quantized Faraday rotation, non-Gaussian noise), I will review our activities on the quantum properties of the microwave radiation generated by a normal conductor placed at low temperature : when the electrical current must be described by an operator, what about the electromagnetic field it generates ? I will discuss experiments showing the existence of squeezing and entanglement in the radiated field, as well as photon statistics. I will also discuss recent advances in time resolved measurements.
