O. Rybalko | Electrical properties of superfluid helium under conditions of relative motion of the component

The report will present three different experiments under the general title: “Electrical properties of superfluid helium under conditions of relative motion of the normal and superfluid components.” It is found that the relative motion of the components is accompanied by an electric polarization of superfluid helium, and a line at a frequency of 180 GHz (the roton frequency) is observed in the electromagnetic spectrum, which splits in a constant electric field.
