[EXPO] Voyage dans l’invisible – Manipulez la matière !

What if you could journey into the heart of matter, explore the infinitely small, and manipulate the invisible with your own hands? What lies beneath the surface of the objects around us? How do scientists observe, understand, and transform matter at the atomic scale?

From a grain of sand to nanomaterials, from the fascinating properties of magnetism to the mysteries of quantum materials, Voyage dans l’invisible invites you to venture beyond the limits of what we can see and discover a fascinating, often hidden world that shapes our everyday lives and the technologies of tomorrow.

Here, science can be seen, touched, and explored! Immerse yourself in the world of physics through an interactive and engaging exhibition created by scientists at the Laboratoire de Physique des Solides (Laboratory of Solid State Physics). Discover surprising objects, explore astonishing phenomena, and let your curiosity lead the way. Whether you are young or old, a science enthusiast or simply curious about the world around you, this exhibition offers a fresh perspective on the matter that makes up our universe.

The exhibition also invites you to experience science in a different way. The scenery has been hand-painted, while the scientific objects have either been designed and built by the laboratory’s engineering team or are real pieces of equipment used in scientific research. This is a unique opportunity to discover, up close, the instruments, ideas, and expertise that enable scientists to explore the invisible.

Practical information
